Terms of use and membership

These terms are an agreement between you and PerfectCorners, of Ontario, Canada, which runs Bobble Bay. By making an account or using Bobble Bay you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

Who can make an account

A family account is for a parent, guardian or other responsible adult who has reached the age of majority where they live. You may add children in your care, and you are responsible for how they use Bobble Bay under your account. Keep your password private and tell us at privacy@bobblebay.com if you think someone else used your account.

Family membership

• One membership covers every child in your family, on each iPhone and iPad they use.
• Prices are shown before you pay. On the website we charge through Stripe; in the app you may instead buy through the App Store, and Apple’s terms then apply to that purchase.
• A new family can have one free trial of 7 days. We need a payment method to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken when it ends.
• The membership renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. We tell you before a price change applies to you.
• You can cancel at any time: on the website’s membership page for a website membership, or in your Apple account’s subscriptions for an App Store membership. The membership stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and then it stops.
• Payments are not refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires. For App Store purchases, Apple handles refunds.

Using Bobble Bay

We give your family a personal, non-transferable licence to use Bobble Bay for your children’s learning at home. The activities, pictures, characters, sounds and words belong to PerfectCorners or the people who license them to us. Do not copy, resell, take apart or misuse the service, or try to reach other families’ information.

Learning

Bobble Bay offers practice activities and shows what your child has done in them. It does not promise any particular learning result, and it does not replace a teacher or professional advice.

Changes and availability

We improve Bobble Bay over time, so activities and features can change. We try to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date and version above and ask for your agreement again in the app or on the website.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time on the website’s Account page; deleting it cancels a website membership. Deleting it does not cancel an App Store membership; cancel that in your Apple account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Bobble Bay is provided as it is, and PerfectCorners is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of the consumer law where you live.
